Welcome to Cahaya Adipati Tour & Travel, operated by PT Cahaya Adipati Sumber Makmur. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

We provide:

• Private tours and tour packages

• Car rental with driver

• Activities & attraction tickets

• Ferry tickets and transportation services

• Customized private itineraries

All services are subject to availability.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made via website, WhatsApp, email, or OTA platforms.

• A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received and confirmation is issued.

• We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may vary depending on season, availability, and special requests.

• Additional charges may apply for:

- Extra hours

- Remote area pickup

- Special equipment (baby seat, etc.)

- Peak season surcharge

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must:

• Provide accurate personal information

• Arrive on time at agreed meeting point

• Follow safety instructions from drivers and guides

• Respect local laws and cultural norms

We are not responsible for losses caused by guest negligence.

5. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to adjust itinerary due to:

• Weather conditions

• Government regulations

• Safety concerns

• Force majeure events

• Local events that caused delay, road closure, or cancelation to some or all itinerary

We will provide alternatives when possible.

6. Liability Limitation

PT Cahaya Adipati Sumber Makmur acts as an organizer and coordinator.

We are not liable for:

• Injuries caused by third-party providers

• Natural disasters

• Traffic delays

• Force majeure events beyond our control

Guests are strongly advised to have travel insurance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
