Most of our tour packages are operated privately with a dedicated vehicle and driver for your group. Certain activities (such as boat transfers or attraction-based experiences) may be shared depending on availability and local operator arrangements. 4️⃣ Who will pick us up and how do we receive confirmation? After your booking is confirmed, our team will send complete driver details via WhatsApp or email. The driver will also contact you directly prior to pickup. 5️⃣ From which areas do you provide pickup services? We provide pickup and drop-off from major tourist areas in Bali and East Java. If your accommodation is located outside our standard service zone, additional charges may apply and will be informed transparently before confirmation. 6️⃣ Can I transfer my booking to another person? Yes, booking transfer is possible. Please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure with updated participant details. 7️⃣ Are child or baby seats available? Child or baby seats are available upon request. Please inform us during booking to ensure availability. 8️⃣ Do you accept international payments? All payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). International card payments and supported transfer methods are available. Your bank may automatically convert the amount into your local currency. 9️⃣ What should I bring on the tour day? Please bring your booking confirmation (digital copy is acceptable).
